The location was comfy, for example, a local museum was within walking distance of the hotel. We got room with beautiful decor and an amazing bathroom to relax.

The area was just ok.

Central location was a plus.

My room had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge. the personnel was accommodating and caring. - the service was excellent; the breakfast was delicious. - They offered ironing at no cost. - the location was magnificent, close to Riverview Hall & Theater.

Besides, the location was favourable and ideal for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Red River District. The staff was attentive and efficient as we expected. The breakfast was delicious and incredible with lots of amazing options.

Nice hotel and very friendly welcome on the first night. As there were no more non-smoking rooms we were upgraded to a suite at the same rate! Very good commercial policy!. Very competitive rates. Parking close to the hotel. Quiet and well insulated rooms

The hotel would deserve a small renovation (worn carpets, faded wallpaper in our suite...) and a little more maintenance (green swimming pool on the first morning because no water circulation...not very engaging!!!). The city is not always well frequented..Too bad !

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to casinos, a mall, and plenty of dining options. the breakfast was both tasty and reasonably priced. - the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with excellent advice.

The front desk staff are not very friendly, not very nice, they're bad-tempered. The carpet in the room is very worn. Furniture's a little old.

This place is situated right by the boardwalk, making it easy to access. Additionally, you'll find other casinos nearby, a local comic book store, and of course, the casino itself.

Wifi was very unstable and slow

Nice hotel, huge room, beautiful view of the city. Not much in the neighborhood, but for one night, it's perfect. Swimming pool, restaurant, bar and casino in the hotel.

The casino is fully smoked if ever.

The rooms are spacious with lovely views and the breakfast is delicious, the decor is beautiful.

The large bay window overlooking the red river, the small shops and restaurants of the hotel, the fitness area.

No shower gel in sufficient quantity for the shower, the casino... quit.

The huge room was really nice. However, the bathroom was amazing, very comfortable and spacious. I also found it very nice that I got compensation for the noisy neighbors and the missing towels. Thanks again to Luciana for the great service.

We were on the 18th floor of the hotel and had a great view of the river. Unfortunately, in the evening, very noisy neighbors came to the Magnolia Suite and had a party. A little later, someone from the staff appeared to ensure quiet with little success .. Also large towels for showering were missing. We only had very small towels to wash our hands. Unusual for such a hotel.
